Important information

If you are considering using a skip for your waste, Call us first as we can often match, or even beat the skip price!. Saving you the hassle of having a skip delivered, collected, filling it yourself & organising a licence to keep it on the road! By comparison our vehicle arrives and we load it, not you. We clear the site and we are gone. Hassle free!

We have a full fleet of heavy haulage vehicles plus heavy plant and machinery to undertake any job, small or large in scale. Our recycling unit enables us to complete each project without the need for external hiring, guaranteeing a competitive price.

Removal and disposal of waste is an important part of each project and dealt with at our recycling unit which is equipped with a weighbridge for waste recording, also, wherever possible materials such as crushed brick, concrete etc can be recycled and used for further development projects. Our highly professional management team and workforce will, together, make sure that your site clearance is carried out quickly and efficiently to your specific requirements.

A hazardous waste disposal certificate will be posted to the site address from which the waste was collected. It is recommended that this document be kept for a minimum of three years in accordance with the Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005.

Planning is not normally required for demolition work as it is classed as Permitted Development. PD rights can, however, be removed or restricted, in whole or in part, by the local authority using an Article 4 Direction (often used on listed buildings or in Conservation Areas).
